CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a small artisan business and I strive to create the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing organizational products.
Please note that notebooks, diaries and sketchbooks are handmade from scratch, so there will always be some slight discrepancies in measurements, cutting, etc. I strive to make them as perfect as possible, but I'm only human. Please only order if you are happy to accept this.

CANCELLATIONS

I cannot accept cancellations of orders placed. Please make sure of your order before purchasing.

SHIPMENT

Current processing times for in-stock orders are 1 to 2 days. Once shipped, you can expect your happy mail within 2-5 days.

​Current processing times for custom orders and handmade items are 10-14 days. Once shipped, you can expect your happy mail within 2-5 days.

All orders will arrive beautifully packaged via FEDEX. Please note that I have no control over delivery time once it has been dropped off at the post office. I am not responsible for delayed packages once received at the Post Office.

RETURN POLICY

I do not accept returns or cancellations. 

All orders placed are final.

Beautiful aesthetics and superior products are top priorities for me and I create my items by hand with attention to detail. Although I strive for perfection, some items may have slight imperfections.
